Rusape Town Council would like to advise all residents and stakeholders that the following stands are ready for development.

2428-2433[six stands], 2411-2427[seventeen stands],2444-2451[eight stands], 2598-2619[twenty two stands], 2380-2380[one stand], 2388-2388[one stand],2381-2384[four stands].This batch marks our final phase  with the Riversdale Project.

All stakeholders who had bought the above mentioned stands should stand guided.
